I’m Stephanie, a Registered Dietitian
My background in nutrition began in Michigan, where I completed my education in nutrition and dietetics before moving to New York for my dietetic internship. Since becoming a dietitian, I’ve worked with adults across a variety healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities.
My clinical experience has given me the opportunity to work with people with a wide range of nutritional needs. I’ve provided nutrition care for adults managing diabetes, chronic kidney disease, heart failure, psychiatric and substance use disorders, weight-related concerns, inadequate nutrition, and more complex needs such as tube feeding.
Through this work, I’ve seen how much a person’s health, circumstances, and daily routines can influence their ability to make dietary changes. Nutrition recommendations need to be more than medically appropriate —they also need to be realistic for the person following them.
That’s the approach I bring to my consultations. My goal is to help you understand your nutritional needs, identify what matters most, and find practical ways to make changes that fit your life.
